National Clone Associated Racing
The National Winged Outlaw Kart Organization made a commitment in 2009 to up hold the clone engine rules as close as possible as they where written by Mr. Tom Cole of ARC Racing www.arcracing.com . Mr. Cole in our belief released these rules to the public in 2009 with the intention to help lower the cost of kart racing.
Since that time NWOK has observe promoters and track owners allowing his original rules to be altered in many ways, it is our pledge to you the race teams that his rules will be held and not altered unless it is recommend by the ARC team or Mr. Cole.
NCAR is a secondary kart racing series of the National Winged Outlaw Kart Organization. All general rules and technical specifications for NCAR will be governed by the NWOK Board of Directors. For more detail please visit www.nwok.org
